     SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES FOR THE YEAR 2013

FULL SCHOLARSHIP -2013: MBBS/MD/MS/PHD/OTHER MASTER/CHINESE LANGUAGE COURSE
General Information:
 The documents required for the Full Scholarship for the year 2013 must be submitted as soon as possible. All the documents must scan。

 The Scholarship related all the required documents/letters for the Admission to the related University and Visa to the related Embassy will be sent to the students before June 2013.
 The class will start on 1st week of September 2013, so the students must reach the related universities before the due date.
  About Scholarship: For MBBS/ MD/MS and Other Master / PHD degree students.
Such scholarship covers a student’s tuition fee, accommodation fee, settlement allowance,
hospitalization medical insurance and living stipend (As for the living stipend, per month 1,700RMB
for MD/MS/Master, 2000RMB for PHD, 1400 RMB for MBBS/Chinese language students will be
provided )。
 About Scholarship: For Chinese Language Students
The tuition, accommodation, hospitalization medical insurance, settlement allowance and living
stipend (1400RMB/month, which is sufficient for daily life) are covered.
 Time Limit: MBBS: up to 5 years, MD/MS/Other Masters/PHD: up to 3 years.
Note: The students who wants to study one year Chinese language course in full scholarship,
for them we can help to get Undergraduate and Master programs in Full scholarship.

 MBBS/MD/MS AND OTHER MASTER / PHD DEGREE PROGRAMS- Required documents
for the Full Scholarship for the academic year 2013
* All the documents must be in two sets.
1. Recent  5 photos of the student.
2. The notarized / attested academic certificates obtained must be in English.(COPY)
3. Provide notarized/ attested transcripts for bachelor’s/master’s degree.(COPY)
4. A study or research plan in English (no less than 1000 words).Plan includes Personal statements, indicating the applicant’s Chinese learning background, study plan and goals in China, etc (COPY)
5. Two letters of recommendation in English by professors or associate professors. (IN ORIGINAL)
6. Passport photocopy.
7. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in English, with attached blood examination form provided by the related Government Hospital must be stamped on the photo and back side of the form.
8. Working / Job experience letters, any award certificate, whatever you have, if available.(COPY)
 ONE YEAR CHINESE LANGUAGE COURSE- Required documents for the Full
Scholarship for the academic year 2013
* All the documents must be in three sets.
1. Recent 5 Photos of the student.
2. The notarized / attested highest academic certificates obtained along with the mark list
must be in English. (COPY)
3. The Notarized/ attested transcripts . (COPY)
4. Passport photocopy.
5. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in English, with attached blood
examination form provided by the related Government Hospital must be stamped on the photo and back side of the form.
